Counseling Services

I provide virtual counseling designed to meet you where you are and support you in your journey.

Individual Counseling — 60 Minutes
Regular counseling sessions provide space to talk openly, process emotions and experiences, explore patterns and perspectives, and work collaboratively toward the goals that matter to you.

Focused Sessions — 30 Minutes
Shorter sessions may be used for focused support, skill-building, education, relaxation strategies, coping skills, or exploring the connection between the mind and body.

Initial Intake — 60–90 Minutes
Our first session provides time to understand your history, current concerns, strengths, needs, and goals. Together, we'll discuss diagnosis when appropriate, identify potential areas of focus, and develop a collaborative treatment plan. Referrals or additional resources may also be discussed when they could be helpful.

Additional Approaches

Depending on your needs and treatment goals, counseling may also incorporate specialized or more structured approaches, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma processing, Written Exposure Therapy (WET), relaxation and grounding exercises, focused skill-building, and educational sessions.

Treatment isn't a fixed roadmap. We'll regularly revisit your goals and treatment plan together, making adjustments as your needs, circumstances, and understanding of yourself evolve.
